Jaipur, September 9 (Kiran News): Rajasthan’s power utilities, including the State Power Generation Corporation and the Jaipur, Ajmer, and Jodhpur Distribution Corporations, have announced direct recruitment for 2,163 Technician-III (ITI), Operator-III (ITI), and Plant Attendant-III (ITI) posts.
The online application process will begin on September 10, 2025, at 10 AM and will remain open until September 25, 2025, 5 PM.
Earlier, 216 vacancies were advertised, but with the addition of 1,947 newly created posts, the recruitment drive now covers a total of 2,163 positions. In the first phase, candidates who had already applied were given time between August 1 and August 10 to update or modify their applications. The second phase is now open for all other eligible candidates who did not apply earlier.
Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar said the recruitment drive reflects the state government’s commitment, under Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma’s leadership, to providing employment opportunities for youth and strengthening the state’s power sector. “To support young job seekers and enhance the power utilities, the number of Technician-III posts has been increased nearly tenfold from the previously advertised figure,” he said.
