New Delhi, April 21: The political and social landscape is in mourning following the news of the passing of Arun Kumar Singh ‘Munna’, former president of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee and a senior leader. His death is being regarded as a significant and irreplaceable loss. Rahul Gandhi, along with several other senior leaders, has expressed profound sorrow and paid tribute to him.
In a post on his social media account, Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, stated, “The news of the demise of Arun Kumar Singh ‘Munna’, former president of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee, is extremely sad. He dedicated his entire life to public service and the values of the Congress party. My heartfelt condolences are with his grieving family and supporters during this difficult time.”
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also expressed his condolences over Singh’s passing.
