Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge Faces Backlash Over Controversial Remarks

New Delhi, April 21: Delhi government minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa has strongly condemned the controversial remarks made by Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge regarding the Prime Minister. Sirsa stated that Kharge and the Congress party are unable to accept that a tea seller could become the Prime Minister of the country.

In a video statement, Minister Sirsa criticized Kharge for using inappropriate language towards the Prime Minister. He noted that this is not the first instance where a Congress leader has resorted to hateful and derogatory language against the country’s leader. This behavior has become a longstanding habit of the Congress party. Sirsa emphasized that the Congress party, facing a lack of power, continues to express its mindset through offensive remarks against the Prime Minister.

He further remarked that Kharge’s statement reflects a lack of faith in the Constitution. While dissent is a part of democracy, spreading such hatred against the Prime Minister is utterly shameful. Sirsa called for Kharge to apologize to the nation for his comments immediately.

Minister Kapil Mishra added that the Congress party, which provides cover fire for jihadists, will view every patriot as an enemy. He described Kharge’s statement as a symbol of the Congress party’s deranged state. The use of such language towards the Prime Minister indicates that the Congress has lost both decorum and issues to discuss.

Delhi BJP Chief Virender Sachdeva stated that using offensive language against the Prime Minister is not merely a political disagreement; it is a direct attack on the mandate of 1.4 billion citizens and the essence of democracy. Kharge’s remarks are extremely shameful, lowly, and highly objectionable. They not only reflect his mindset but also serve as evidence of the declining political culture of the opposition. Such language undermines the dignity of the nation and disrespects democratic values. The public will not tolerate this kind of thinking.
