
Ankara, July 2: A promotion meeting for “Xi Jinping: Governance of China” Volume 5 was held on July 1 in Turkey’s capital, Ankara.
Attendees at the meeting agreed that Volume 5 reflects the latest developments in Xi Jinping’s thoughts on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era. They noted that the book serves as an authentic work for the international community to understand contemporary China. It deeply clarifies China’s concept and vision for building a community with a shared future for humanity.
On the occasion of the 55th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Turkey, both nations are exchanging governance experiences on modernization. This collaboration aims to enhance political mutual trust, harmonize development strategies, and jointly advance on the path of modernization.
Gerald Aden, Vice President of Turkey’s Grand National Assembly, stated that Volume 5 provides more context for understanding China’s policy possibilities and strategic thoughts on global issues. He expressed Turkey’s readiness to deepen parliamentary exchanges and practical cooperation between the two countries during this promotion meeting.
The focus will also be on aligning the Belt and Road Initiative with the Middle Corridor and promoting new achievements in trade and investment, cultural exchanges, and tourism cooperation.
