Prime Minister Modi Highlights the Importance of Knowledge, Skills, and Health

New Delhi, July 15: Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared a profound message on the social media platform ‘X’ on Wednesday. He stated, “Wisdom comes from knowledge, development stems from skills, and every resolution achieves success through good health. Today, our youth are embodying these qualities and strengthening the identity of our nation.”

The Prime Minister also shared a Sanskrit verse: “Dhanyaanamuttamam daakshyam, dhanaanamuttamam shrutam. Labhaanam shreya arogya, sukhaanam tushtirutthamaa.” This translates to mean that among all virtues, skill is the greatest; among all wealth, knowledge is the most valuable; among all benefits, good health is the highest gain; and among all joys, contentment is supreme.

On Tuesday, while sharing another insightful saying, PM Modi wrote, “Prabhyaa hi vina yadvad bhaanuresha na vidyate. Prabha cha bhaanuna tena sutaraam tadupaashraya.” This verse means that just as the sun cannot be seen without its light, light cannot exist without the sun. Thus, the entire existence and power of the sun and light are completely interdependent.

Earlier on Monday, the Prime Minister shared another thought, stating, “When comprehensive development ensures positive changes in the lives of every citizen, the progress of the nation gains new momentum. With this inspiring spirit, we are continuously working to strengthen India’s potential.”

He also shared a verse: “Kanyaanaam sampradaananch kumaraanaamcha rakshanam. Raashtasya sangrahe nityam vidhaanamidam aacharet.” This translates to the duty of every representative to ensure the welfare of girls, protect and develop the new generation, and manage the nation’s unity, security, prosperity, and orderly functioning continuously.
