New Delhi, April 16: Seasonal changes significantly impact our skin and hair. As the weather shifts, so must our hair care routine. During summer, maintaining healthy hair becomes crucial. Sweat and dryness can weaken hair from the roots, leading to increased hair fall. In this scenario, onion and amla can be your allies against hair loss.
Hair fall has become a common issue today, often attributed to poor lifestyle choices and nutritional deficiencies. To combat this, many turn to expensive products available in the market, which may offer temporary results. However, a simple mixture of onion and amla found in your kitchen can rejuvenate your hair.
Onion juice enhances blood circulation to the hair roots, while amla deeply nourishes the hair. Together, they strengthen the scalp and help reduce hair fall, supporting hair growth and alleviating dandruff issues.
To use this remedy, mix equal parts of amla juice and onion juice. Apply it directly to the roots of your hair. If you experience itching or a burning sensation after application, rinse it out immediately, as onion juice can irritate sensitive skin. Leave the mixture on for at least half an hour before washing it out with lukewarm water and shampoo.
For best results, apply this mixture twice a week. After washing your hair, always use a serum. Summer can strip hair of moisture, so if you donβt have a serum, consider applying a mixture of yogurt and aloe vera once a week. This will help add shine and reduce dryness.
Remember to apply the mixture to a clean scalp and avoid sun exposure after application, as sunlight can cause irritation on the scalp.
