OnePlus Releases OxygenOS B50P01 Update Enhancing Stability and Features

Mumbai, March 26: OnePlus has begun the rollout of its latest system update, version B50P01, as part of its regular update schedule. This update primarily focuses on enhancing system stability while introducing a few minor features to improve user experience.

The update is identified by version numbers BRB1EX01 for smartphones and BRB3EX01 for tablets. The rollout commenced on March 16, 2026, and will proceed in phases until approximately March 31. As with previous updates, it is being distributed in batches. Users can also manually check for the update and install it ahead of the full OTA rollout.

One of the significant enhancements is in the Content Portal, available on OxygenOS 16 and select models. The update now supports app cloning, enabling users to duplicate apps and manage content more effectively across different accounts or scenarios.

Additionally, the update introduces a new feature in OnePlus Share for OxygenOS 16 devices. Users can now opt for “Automatically open received files,” allowing shared files to open immediately upon receipt or remain saved for manual access. This provides greater control over file management during transfers.

Alongside these features, the update includes general improvements to system stability. While OnePlus has not specified any performance upgrades, the emphasis is on ensuring a more stable and reliable experience during everyday use.

The rollout encompasses a wide array of devices across various OxygenOS versions. Devices running OxygenOS 16 include the OnePlus Open, OnePlus 15 series, OnePlus 13 and 13R, OnePlus 12 and 11 series, OnePlus Nord 5, Nord CE5, Nord 4, Nord CE4 series, Nord 3, and the OnePlus Pad 3, Pad 2, and Pad.

Devices on OxygenOS 15 and 16 include the OnePlus Nord 3 and OnePlus Pad. OxygenOS 15 also supports the OnePlus 10 series and Nord CE3 series. OxygenOS 14 covers the OnePlus 9 series, OnePlus 8T, Nord 2T 5G, Nord CE 2 Lite 5G, and OnePlus Pad Go. OxygenOS 13.1.0 reaches the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, while OxygenOS 13.0.0 includes the Nord 2 5G, Nord CE 2 5G, and Nord CE 5G.

OnePlus confirms that this update adheres to its standard version pattern and does not alter device performance or core system behavior.
