Beijing, September 7 (Daily Kiran) : A new textbook titled “Outline of Xi Jinping’s Thoughts on Ecological Civilization” has been published in Beijing. This work aims to promote Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization concepts and was compiled by the Central Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
Since the 18th National Congress of the CCP, the central committee, led by Comrade Xi Jinping, has placed significant emphasis on ecological civilization as a key component of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It recognizes the strategic importance of sustainable development for the Chinese nation. The committee has actively promoted theoretical, practical, and institutional innovations in ecological civilization, proposing numerous new concepts, ideas, and strategies. This approach has transformed the construction of ecological civilization in China from theory into substantial practice, marking a historic and comprehensive shift.
The publication aims to further disseminate these ideas and reinforce the commitment to ecological progress in China.
