Netanyahu Vows to Overthrow Iranian Government and Eliminate Hamas

Jerusalem, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared on Thursday that Israel will work to dismantle the Iranian government, eradicate Hamas, and continue its operations against Hezbollah. Speaking at a ceremony honoring members of Israel’s internal security agency, Shin Bet, Netanyahu stated, “We will eliminate Hamas, and first, we will overthrow the regime in Iran. We will bring down their government.”

He emphasized that nearly three years into the ongoing conflict, Israel remains focused on seeking out Palestinians involved in the October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks. Netanyahu warned, “No one will be spared.”

On September 6, Netanyahu remarked that the end of the Iranian regime is near and that it is fighting for its survival. He noted that there is still one more mission to accomplish. These comments were made during a government meeting held in conjunction with the Rosh Hashanah toast.

According to the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office, Netanyahu said, “As we celebrate Rosh Hashanah, Israel’s interests come first. The wise and courageous decisions we have made at this table, along with the bravery of our soldiers and the resilience of our people, have led to significant successes. Israel is stronger today than ever, while our enemies are weaker. Together with the United States, we have averted threats to our existence, pushed back dangers from nuclear bombs and ballistic missiles, and struck hard against the Iranian axis.”

Netanyahu reaffirmed Israel’s determination to defend itself. “We are resolute in striking our enemies. They are not attacking us. Iran is avoiding confrontation, and it knows why. However, it could make a mistake and attempt to attack us, which would result in a blow it cannot even imagine.”

He reiterated that Israel is the strongest power in the Middle East and cautioned enemies, “Do not test us.” Netanyahu concluded by stating, “I urge my enemies not to challenge us. The Israeli public knows how to unite in times of trial, and we are currently the strongest power in the Middle East, with some even claiming we are beyond that.”
