New Delhi, August 6: Senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has criticized Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, following the cancellation of a venue booking for his event. Naqvi remarked that a “student game” is being played in the name of student voices, a spectacle that the entire nation has witnessed.
In a conversation in New Delhi, Naqvi stated that Rahul Gandhi must “emerge from the pit of nonsense and chaos.” He accused Gandhi of being entangled in politics that perpetuates his “troublesome legacy.”
Naqvi reiterated that the so-called “student game” is a facade that the country has already seen through. Regarding the report presented on the Sambhal violence, he emphasized that no compromise can be made on societal harmony.
He alleged that certain individuals are involved in schemes and conspiracies aimed at disrupting social harmony for their own selfish interests. Responding to a statement by Maulana Arshad Madani, president of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind, Naqvi expressed concern over the “mushrooming growth” of some madrasas in the country.
He clarified that not all madrasas are problematic or involved in wrongdoing. However, the rapid establishment of certain madrasas, particularly in border areas, raises numerous questions and issues. Naqvi urged larger and reputable madrasas to pay attention to this trend, as the increasing number of such institutions casts doubt on the reputation of those doing good work.
In response to Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav’s new definition of the PDA, Naqvi stated that no matter how many attempts they make or definitions they change, the outcome of their defeat will remain unchanged. He noted that despite repeated efforts, they have gained no advantage, and future losses are inevitable.
Commenting on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s ‘Gen Z Dialogue’ initiative, Naqvi remarked that the RSS is known for its engagement, dialogue, and coordination with all sections of society. He attributed the RSS’s status as the world’s largest non-political organization to its cultural nationalism, inclusive thinking, and all-encompassing perspective. Naqvi added that Bhagwat’s dialogue with Gen Z is part of this extensive social outreach campaign.
