Exciting Job Opportunities at NPCC Limited: Apply by August 22

New Delhi, August 6: National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) has announced a fantastic opportunity for job seekers. The company has released an official notification on its website inviting applications for 26 positions, including managerial roles.

Among the 26 vacancies are one Executive Director (Engineering), one Joint General Manager (Finance), four Managers (Finance), five Managers (Human Resources), eleven Deputy Managers (Finance), and four Deputy Managers (Law).

The online application process commenced on August 1 at 10 AM, with the deadline set for August 22. Interested candidates can submit their registration forms on the NPCC Limited official website before or by the final date.

Applicants for the Executive Director (Engineering) position must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized institution or university, with preference given to those with a postgraduate degree. For the Joint General Manager (Finance), Manager (Finance), and Deputy Manager (Finance) roles, candidates should possess CA/CMA/MBA (Finance). The Manager (HR) position requires an MBA/Postgraduate degree/Postgraduate diploma with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management, while the Deputy Manager (Law) role requires a law degree (enrolled in the bar). Candidates with additional postgraduate qualifications in law will be given preference.

All applicants must have relevant experience ranging from 4 to 22 years, as specified for each position, along with other required qualifications and skills.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set between 30 to 53 years, calculated as of July 31. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on shortlisting of applications, personal interviews, document verification, and other stages. Salaries for selected candidates will range from ₹40,000 to ₹2,80,000 per month, along with additional benefits and allowances.

While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the specified application fee online, which is ₹1,000 for General and OBC categories. Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and ex-servicemen are exempt from the registration fee.
