Lucknow, May 30: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a significant meeting at his residence with all cabinet members on Friday. The discussion primarily focused on the achievements of the central government over the past 12 years under the leadership of the Prime Minister, as well as strategies to effectively communicate welfare schemes to the public.
It was decided that a comprehensive public outreach campaign would be launched from June 5 to June 21. This initiative aims to inform as many people as possible about the government’s plans and achievements.
After the meeting, Minister Narendra Kashyap spoke to the media, emphasizing that under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s leadership, all ministers would travel to various districts and regions to disseminate information about central government schemes to the public. He highlighted that during Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 12-year tenure, the country has achieved historic milestones in development, infrastructure, poverty alleviation, health, education, women’s empowerment, and digital transformation. A special campaign will be launched to ensure that these benefits reach the maximum number of people.
Kashyap also mentioned that during this campaign, public forums and special gatherings would be organized in villages and towns. These events will provide the public with information about both central and state government schemes, while also addressing their issues and suggestions. Ministers will present the government’s achievements through press conferences and public meetings, allowing citizens to understand how the nation has progressed rapidly over the past 12 years.
He added that environmental protection would also be a priority during this campaign. Under the “One Tree in the Name of Mother” initiative, extensive tree plantation programs will be conducted. The government’s goal is not only to advance development projects but also to maintain environmental balance and raise awareness about nature conservation among the public.
