Leaders Pay Tribute to Balasaheb Deoras on His Death Anniversary

New Delhi, June 17: On the death anniversary of Balasaheb Deoras, the third Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), several prominent leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, paid their respects. Amit Shah remarked that Deoras remains an inspiration for all, having shaped the RSS during the challenging days of the Emergency and motivated youth to protect democracy.

In a post on the social media platform X, Amit Shah stated, “I pay my respects to Balasaheb Deoras on his death anniversary. He dedicated his life to national service, social harmony, and character building among youth. He considered untouchability the greatest curse. Balasaheb will continue to inspire us all.”

Union Minister JP Nadda also honored Deoras, writing, “Balasaheb Deoras dedicated his entire life to the worship of the nation, social harmony, upliftment of the marginalized, and the glory of Mother India. His contributions will always serve as a model for us. His vibrant personality and work towards a nation-first approach inspire patriots.”

Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan shared, “On the death anniversary of Balasaheb Deoras, the third Sarsanghchalak of the RSS, who brought organizational strength and nationalistic ideology to the masses, I offer my humble tribute. His life exemplifies sacrifice, discipline, and unwavering dedication to nation-building, inspiring society to move forward with unity, service, and duty.”

Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan expressed, “I bow deeply on the death anniversary of the true servant of Mother India, the revered Balasaheb Deoras. Your ideal life and vibrant thoughts will continue to guide future generations in the nation’s reconstruction and societal advancement.”

Nitin Naveen, the national president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), also paid tribute to Deoras, stating, “Balasaheb Deoras played a crucial role in spreading the ideas of social harmony and cultural nationalism. His campaign against social discrimination, expansion of service work, and contributions to the Ram Janmabhoomi movement will always be remembered in national life.”

Naveen further added, “As a pioneer of social harmony, national service, and cultural consciousness, his dedicated life will continuously inspire us to build a strong, organized, and self-respecting India.”
