Los Angeles, June 1: Pop music icon Kylie Minogue is back in the spotlight, but this time, it’s not for a new song or concert. Instead, she is making headlines for her candid revelations about her personal life.
Recently, Kylie discussed her views on relationships, love, and solitude. She shared that she currently does not have a boyfriend. At this stage in her life, she prefers being alone rather than being in a relationship with the wrong person.
In an interview with *The Sydney Morning Herald*, Kylie stated, “I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment. I was in a relationship not long ago, but when it ended, I realized I could be happy on my own. Being alone isn’t as hard as people often think.”
She continued, “After that relationship ended, I had the chance to spend time with myself, and I realized I could be happy without a partner. My perspective has changed with age and experience. I’m now more cautious in evaluating people. I’ve become much more selective and want to understand someone well before allowing them into my life.”
During the conversation, Kylie reminisced about her past relationships. She mentioned the late musician Michael Hutchence, saying, “He was the true love of my life. Many relationships have come and gone, but Michael Hutchence will always hold a special place in my heart.”
Their relationship began when Kylie was at the early stages of her career and life. Additionally, she reflected on her relationship with Jason Donovan, which started on the set of the popular Australian TV show *Neighbours*.
Kylie explained, “Our characters had a love story, and gradually, we started liking each other in real life. Over time, our friendship blossomed into love. Although our relationship didn’t last long, we maintained a good friendship after parting ways.”
