JKSSB Recruitment Alert: 194 Positions Including Veterinary Pharmacist Open for Applications Starting April 20

Srinagar, April 14: The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially announced recruitment for a total of 194 positions across various departments. The vacancies include 146 Veterinary Pharmacist roles from the Agriculture Production Department (Animal Husbandry in Kashmir) and 48 Assistant Compiler positions from the Finance Department (Jammu and Kashmir Fund Organization).

The online application process for these positions will commence on April 20, with the deadline set for May 19. Eligible candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms once the application link is activated on the official website.

Applicants must possess a B.Sc. degree from a recognized university, with Zoology as one of the subjects. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria and skills.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 40 years, calculated as of January 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a written/OMR examination, interview, or document verification. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100.

When filling out the application form, candidates must pay the designated application fee online. The fee is ₹600 for general and all other categories, while it is set at ₹500 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/EWS and disabled candidates.

To apply online, candidates should first visit the official JKSSB website. After reaching the homepage, click on the active application link for the relevant position. Then, register and log in. Fill in all required information in the form and upload the necessary documents. Finally, pay the registration fee and submit the form. It is advisable to print a copy of the application for future reference.
