Ranchi, June 18: Voting is currently taking place for the Rajya Sabha elections in Jharkhand. Reactions from various leaders have emerged regarding the election process. Manoj Pandey, a leader from the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), stated that the numbers will speak for themselves, and the statistics are in their favor.

He confidently claimed that both of their candidates will win. Pandey emphasized that their supporters are united and strong. Regarding the NDA’s confidence, he suggested that it should be questioned how they maintain such assurance.

Baijnath Ram, the JMM’s candidate for the Rajya Sabha, also asserted that they will secure victories on both seats. He mentioned that based on the numbers, both candidates from the INDIA alliance are expected to win.

Minister Deepika Pandey from the Jharkhand government expressed that the ‘Mahagathbandhan’ has the necessary numbers to claim victory. Congress MP Syed Nasir Hussain echoed this sentiment, predicting wins for both candidates from the ‘Mahagathbandhan.’

RJD MLA Suresh Paswan also claimed victory for the Mahagathbandhan, stating that the INDIA Bloc will emerge triumphant.

Leader of the Opposition in the Jharkhand Assembly, Babulal Marandi, remarked that the legislators will vote wisely, prioritizing the interests of Jharkhand and the nation.

JD(U) MLA Saryu Rai mentioned that he has visited several places and met many people, assuring that his own vote is secure. He expressed confidence in the election management team. BJP MLA Ujjwal Das claimed that the NDA will win, stating that Parimal Nathwani will become a Rajya Sabha member, sent by the NDA family.

BJP MLA Neera Yadav asserted that they will achieve the required numbers, while BJP MLA Champai Soren expressed complete confidence in their success.
