Mumbai: Bollywood actress Jeeliah D’Souza expressed her pride after watching the impressive performance of Ajai and Ivar in the song ‘Matrubhumi’ from Salman Khan’s upcoming film ‘Battle of Galwan’. Sharing the song video on her social media, she conveyed her happiness and emotion.
Ajai and Ivar, the sons of popular TV couple Shabbir Ahluwalia and Kanchi Kaul, are making their Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan. Jeeliah regards the boys as her own children.
In her post, Jeeliah wrote, “My dear Ajai and Ivar, seeing my sons brings me immense joy and, indeed, tears to my eyes. Kanchi Kaul and Shabbir Ahluwalia, you both have done an amazing job.”
Earlier on Monday, Kanchi Kaul shared the song ‘Matrubhumi’ from ‘Battle of Galwan’ on her social media, featuring her sons with Salman Khan and actress Chitrangda Singh.
On the occasion of Republic Day, Salman Khan released a heartfelt message dedicated to his “little patriotic youngsters”. Through a sweet video with his niece Ayat and nephew Ahil, he urged young fans to love their motherland.
Salman wrote, “This is for all the little patriotic kids. Wishing you a Happy Republic Day. Love your Matrubhumi… Jai Hind.”
The video shows Ayat and Ahil joyfully listening to the song ‘Matrubhumi’ from the film, excited to see their real-life friends Ajai and Ivar in it.
Arpita Khan, Salman’s sister and mother of Ayat and Ahil, also shared on social media how thrilled her children were to watch their uncle’s film featuring their close friends Ajai and Ivar.
‘Matrubhumi’ serves as an emotional and patriotic centerpiece for the film ‘Battle of Galwan’. The makers recently released its video, marking the first song from the movie’s soundtrack.
