iQOO has begun teasing its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, confirming several key specifications and design highlights. The device will be the first to ship with OriginOS 6 and will feature a color-changing rear panel along with a redesigned squircle-shaped camera module.

The company revealed that the iQOO 15 will sport a 6.85-inch QHD Samsung M14 display with a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness of 2,600 nits, and Dolby Vision certification. Notably, well-known tipster PhoneArt (UniverseIce) stated that this will be the first smartphone to use the new M14 panel, which is also expected to feature in Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra early next year.
In addition to the advanced display, the iQOO 15 will include an in-house Q3 gaming chip, a periscope telephoto camera, wireless charging support, and a new-generation haptic motor. The phone is confirmed to have a premium metal build, with a design language resembling the iQOO 13.
The triple rear camera setup will include a periscope telephoto sensor capable of up to 100X digital zoom. iQOO has not yet announced the official launch date, but the device is expected to debut soon.
