IPL 2026: Gujarat Titans Reschedules Match Against Chennai Super Kings, Issues Ticket Advisory

Ahmedabad, April 14: Gujarat Titans have issued a ticket advisory following the updated schedule announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026. This advisory pertains to the rescheduled match against Chennai Super Kings.

The franchise stated, “Gujarat Titans are fully committed to a ‘fan-first’ approach, providing flexibility to fans who have already booked tickets to support the team. Keeping fans at the center of every decision, the franchise is focused on ensuring a convenient experience for all. Fans who booked their tickets through BookMyShow will receive an SMS and/or WhatsApp message and/or email with two options: retain tickets for the new date or choose a full refund, which will be credited within 8-10 working days. The deadline to respond is April 20 at 12 PM. If no response is received, the tickets will be considered retained.”

Gujarat Titans added, “For physical tickets, refunds will only be processed after the successful return of the physical tickets. Detailed instructions on how to return physical tickets will be shared via SMS, email, and WhatsApp by BookMyShow starting April 21. All ticket holders are requested to review the communication and respond within the specified deadline.”

Due to municipal elections scheduled for April 26, the venues for the matches between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have been swapped. According to the revised schedule, the afternoon match between GT and CSK will now take place at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai instead of Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on the same date. The match will start at 3:30 PM IST.

Consequently, the second match originally set for May 21 in Chennai will now be held in Ahmedabad, starting at 7:30 PM IST.
