New Delhi, 09 December (Daily Kiran) – After several days of disruption, airline Indigo has announced that all its flight services have now returned to normal following continuous improvements in its network. All flights listed on the company’s website will operate regularly under the adjusted schedule.

According to the airline, more than 1800 flights are being operated on Tuesday, connecting all 138 stations in its network. The airline plans to operate around 1900 flights on Wednesday.

The company stated that almost all baggage stranded at airports has been returned to passengers. Efforts are ongoing to quickly deliver the remaining luggage. Indigo has also simplified the full refund process for cancelled flights, which customers can access online through the airline’s website.

Peter Elbers, Indigo’s Chief Executive Officer, confirmed that 100 percent refunds have been processed for all affected flights up to 6 December.

Indigo has requested passengers to check the latest flight status on its website before heading to the airport. The airline apologised for the inconvenience caused and assured customers of its commitment to providing better service.
