This initiative aims to ensure timely handling of complaints and foster a more transparent, citizen-focused administration.
Additionally, the campaign has earmarked 60,012 paper files and 10,020 e-files for review. The objective is to minimize unnecessary records, improve record management, and streamline office operations.
The department has also identified 12 rules and procedures to simplify. The aim is to eliminate bottlenecks in processes, enhance efficiency, and ease administrative tasks.
