Beijing, March 29: Gmktec has officially launched the Evo-T2S mini PC in China. This powerful system is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor and boasts 64GB of RAM. Priced at 14,999 yuan (approximately $2,170), it is now available on JD.com.

Specifications of the Gmktec Evo-T2S

The Evo-T2S is driven by Intel’s Core Ultra X7 358H processor, which is built on an advanced 18A 1.8nm process. It features a total of 16 cores, including 4 performance cores, 8 efficiency cores, and 4 low-power cores, with boost speeds reaching up to 5.1GHz.

This processor delivers an impressive 180 TOPS of AI computing performance (INT8) and incorporates the Intel NPU 5 engine, optimizing AI inference and enhancing collaboration between the CPU and GPU for efficient workload management.

Gmktec has paired this processor with an Intel Arc B390 GPU, which includes 12 Xe3 cores, operates at speeds up to 2.5GHz, and supports 1080p gaming, video editing, and 3D rendering. The GPU features ray tracing units and 96 XMX AI cores, ensuring compatibility with XeSS upscaling and AI frame generation technologies.

The Evo-T2S comes with 64GB of LPDDR5X memory running at 8533 MT/s. Its storage system includes an 853GB SSD and dual M.2 2280 slots, compatible with PCIe Gen5 and Gen4 drives, supporting a total of up to 16TB of storage. Additionally, the device utilizes Phison’s aiDAPTIV+ technology, which offloads AI model data to SSDs, enhancing performance and reducing memory strain.

For connectivity, Gmktec includes the AMD RZ717 wireless module, supporting Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The system also features dual Ethernet ports (10GbE and 2.5GbE) for high-speed networking, along with versatile I/O options, including HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and dual USB4 ports. An OCuLink (PCIe Gen4x4) interface is also available for connecting desktop-class GPUs to enhance performance.

Weighing in at 930 grams and measuring 154 x 151 x 73.6 mm, the mini PC features a dual-fan cooling system with a vapor chamber, supporting up to 54W CPU power and 60W peak power consumption. Gmktec pre-installs its Claw software for a seamless plug-and-play experience.

Looking ahead, Gmktec plans to introduce a higher-end variant, the Core Ultra X9 388H, in the near future.
