New Delhi, September 19 (Daily Kiran) : Glamorgan has officially signed England off-spinner Georgia Davis ahead of the 2027 season, securing her services with a three-year contract. The announcement was made on September 19.
At 27 years old, Davis made her international debut for England in 2024 against Ireland in Belfast, marking her only appearance for the national team. Despite this, she has consistently excelled in franchise and regional cricket. Notably, during the 2024 ‘Hundred’ tournament, she played for Welsh Fire, taking 10 wickets across 8 matches. Davis also showcased her talent in the Rachel Heyhoe-Flint Trophy with the Central Sparks.
Expressing her excitement about joining Glamorgan, Davis stated, “Joining Glamorgan is an opportunity I am incredibly grateful for.
