Giriraj Singh Critiques Rahul Gandhi, Compares Him to Last Mughal Emperor

New Delhi, March 10: Union Minister Giriraj Singh launched a strong attack on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. Singh accused Gandhi of behaving like an “urban Naxal,” claiming this tendency will lead to the downfall of the Congress party. Speaking to reporters outside Parliament, Singh likened Rahul Gandhi to Bahadur Shah Zafar, the last ruler of the Mughal dynasty, labeling him as the “last prince of the fake Gandhi family.”

Singh expressed that he views Rahul Gandhi as an “innocent child,” suggesting that no one understands what he says or thinks. He pointed out that historically, Gandhi reacts to every issue like an urban Naxal, often contradicting himself.

The minister further stated that no one has seen an opposition leader (LOP) like Rahul Gandhi. He noted that Gandhi often informs the House about topics for discussion but then leaves when it’s time to debate them.

According to Singh, Rahul Gandhi only poses like an urban Naxal and shows little genuine interest in the issues at hand. He raises topics but exits the House when discussions are scheduled. Singh emphasized that participating in the House’s proceedings and the democratic process is the duty of an opposition leader, rather than merely seeking publicity or putting on a show.

He expressed hope that under Rahul Gandhi’s leadership, the Congress government continues to function, but he believes that Gandhi’s nature makes this unlikely. Singh reiterated that just as Bahadur Shah Zafar was the last Mughal emperor, Rahul Gandhi is the last LOP. He criticized the Gandhi family as fake and referred to Rahul Gandhi as the last innocent prince.

Singh insisted that when Rahul Gandhi raises an issue in the House and seeks discussion, he should not shy away from it.
