New Delhi, March 17: A golden opportunity awaits young individuals aspiring for a career in the Special Security Force (SSF) under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The SSF has officially announced the recruitment of 10 constable positions.
The online application process for these positions will commence on March 30, with the last date for submission set for April 28. Eligible candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms on the official website once the application link is activated.
The recruitment includes three constable positions for Barbers and seven for Washermen. Candidates must have completed their matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized school or board, along with passing a trade test in the relevant profession. Additionally, candidates must meet other specified eligibility criteria.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 23 years, calculated as of April 28. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government rules.
When applying, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is ₹100 for General/OBC/EWS/other candidates. Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates and ex-servicemen are exempt from the application fee.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), written examination, trade test, document verification, and medical examination. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200, depending on the position.
