New Delhi, October 22 (Daily Kiran): The online application process for recruitment to 7,267 teaching and non-teaching posts in Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) is closing soon. Candidates can apply till October 23, 2025, by visiting the official website — emrs.tribal.gov.in.
The recruitment drive is being conducted by the National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS). The EMRS recruitment includes posts such as Principal, PGT, TGT, Hostel Warden, Female Staff Nurse, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Lab Attendant.
According to the notification, B.Ed. is not mandatory for the post of Computer Science Teacher; however, it will be required for future promotion to the PGT level.

Principal – 225 posts: Postgraduate + B.Ed. with 8–12 years of experience
PGT – 1,460 posts: Postgraduate in relevant subject + B.Ed.
TGT – 3,962 posts: Graduate in relevant subject + B.Ed. + CTET qualified
Hostel Warden – 635 posts: Graduate in any discipline
Female Staff Nurse – 550 posts: B.Sc. Nursing
Accountant – 61 posts: Graduate in Commerce/Accounts
Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) – 228 posts: 12th pass + Typing speed of 30 wpm (Hindi) or 35 wpm (English)
Lab Attendant – 146 posts: 12th pass in Science or 10th pass with a Lab Technician certificate/diploma
