Delhi Police Uncovers Ganja Supply Network, Three Arrested

New Delhi, April 20: The Kishangarh police have successfully dismantled a ganja supply network. In this operation, authorities arrested a drug supplier and two drug peddlers.

According to police reports, the drug supplier, 20-year-old Rochil, along with drug peddlers Orjit Lama and Puloto, were apprehended. They were found in possession of 3.142 kilograms of illegal ganja.

On April 4, a police team intercepted two suspicious individuals near Kishangarh. Upon investigation and search, they discovered the banned substance. A case was registered against them at the Kishangarh police station. During the inquiry, a co-accused, K. Kanaka Rochil, was also arrested for supplying the illegal drugs.

Police revealed that the accused were actively involved in the local distribution of ganja in the area. Kanaka Rochil supplied drugs sourced from acquaintances, while Puloto purchased drugs from Rochil for further distribution. Orjit packaged the drugs into smaller packets for street sales.

To evade police detection, the accused adopted packaging methods that resembled courier packets. All suspects resided in the same locality, fostering a strong mutual trust that facilitated the establishment of their network and helped conceal their illegal activities.

In a separate incident, a man was shot dead over a parking dispute in the Preet Vihar area of Delhi. The accused, Gaurav, shot Pankaj Nair, who was later pronounced dead at Malik Radix Healthcare Hospital. Following the incident, Gaurav and his accomplices fled the scene.
