
New Delhi, May 30: Exciting news has emerged for youth preparing for government jobs. The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research-Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CSIR-CEERI) has announced official recruitment for a total of 22 positions for Technical Officers and Technicians in Pilani, Chennai, and Jaipur.
Among the 22 vacancies, there are 8 positions for Technical Officers (Group-III) and 14 for Technicians (Group-II). The Technical Officer roles include 7 positions in Physics/Electronics and 1 in Computer Science. The Technician roles consist of 6 positions for Electronic Mechanics, 6 for Electricians/Wiremen/Electrical Fitters, 1 for Mason (Building Constructor), and 1 for Civil Draftsman.
The online application process began on May 21 at 10 AM and will close on June 20. Eligible candidates wishing to apply for these positions can submit their registration forms on the official CSIR-CEERI portal before the deadline.
Applicants must hold a relevant BE/BTech or MSc/MCA degree with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized board/institution/university. Additionally, candidates should possess an ITI certificate or a national/state trade certificate with at least 55% marks in science subjects, along with the required years of experience in the relevant field.
The minimum age for applicants is set at 18 years, while the maximum age ranges from 28 to 30 years, calculated based on the application deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on shortlisting of online applications, trade tests/written examinations, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹1,42,400, along with additional benefits and allowances.
While filling out the application form, all candidates are required to pay a prescribed application fee of ₹500 online. Please note that your application will only be accepted after successful payment of the registration fee.
