Beijing, August 12: According to the China Automobile Manufacturers Association, China’s automobile exports continued to rise in July.
Recent data reveals that China exported 1,043,000 vehicles in July, marking a 0.6% increase compared to June and an impressive 81.3% rise from July of the previous year. This figure includes 553,000 new energy vehicles, which saw a growth rate of 5.7% from June and a staggering 145.5% from July last year.
It is noteworthy that in April and May of this year, China exported over 900,000 vehicles for two consecutive months. Following this, exports reached a new record in June and July, exceeding one million vehicles in both months. The proportion of new energy vehicles in exports has consistently remained above 50% over these two months.
An official from the China Automobile Manufacturers Association stated that the primary reason for the rapid increase in vehicle exports is the presence of the world’s most comprehensive automotive industry chain in China.
Additionally, the automotive sector has been a key player in the competitive landscape, becoming a significant force in stabilizing the export industry and driving growth.
