
Taiyuan, October 11 (Daily Kiran) : In Taiyuan, China, the 28th strategic dialogue between China and France took place on October 11, 2026. The meeting featured discussions led by Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and Emmanuel Bonne, the foreign affairs advisor to the French President.
Wang Yi highlighted that the strategic dialogue has significantly advanced diplomatic communication between the leaders of both nations, enhancing mutual political trust. He expressed China’s commitment to implementing agreements reached by the leaders, aiming to stabilize and strengthen relations between China, France, and the European Union. This collaboration is expected to contribute to global peace, stability, and development.
Wang Yi emphasized the importance of maintaining high-level exchanges with France. He noted that both countries could enhance cooperation in traditional sectors such as aviation, space, and nuclear energy. Additionally, he suggested expanding partnerships into emerging fields like advanced manufacturing, green development, and artificial intelligence.
