New Delhi: Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat described the budget as significant, stating that it will provide a new direction for the country in the coming days. He emphasized that the budget addresses the needs of all sections and aligns with the government’s ongoing goals since 2014, making it crucial for future progress.
In a conversation with a news agency on Sunday, Shekhawat said, “We are steadily advancing the nation’s development and working to maintain a growing economic rate. This budget reflects the aspirations of the people and includes various important announcements. Special focus has been given to the MSME sector. Additionally, it promotes manufacturing and tourism in India. The plan to establish a National Hospitality sector was also highlighted. I express my gratitude to the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister for this effort.”
Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav also praised the budget, calling it one that will propel developed India forward. He noted the special attention given to the basic development of cities and the emphasis on green growth. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, efforts are being made to enhance biodiversity. The government is actively working on greening initiatives and has formed an International Big Cat Alliance for the protection of cheetahs, which includes 97 member countries. This year, the International Big Cat Alliance conference will be held.
Union Minister of State SP Singh Baghel highlighted the importance of Uttar Pradesh’s development to the nation’s progress. He said, “Delhi’s route passes through Uttar Pradesh. Whether one travels to the Northeast, Bihar, or Bengal, they must go through UP. If Uttar Pradesh develops, the country develops. A higher per capita income in UP improves the national average. Strong infrastructure in UP ensures the smooth functioning of the entire system. Conversely, if UP’s development or per capita income is poor, the country’s condition suffers. In short, the nation’s progress is closely linked to the development of Uttar Pradesh.”
