
Chandigarh, June 18: Nitin Naveen, the National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), will embark on a three-day tour of Punjab from June 20 to 22. During his visit, he will participate in various religious, social, organizational, and intellectual events in Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Ludhiana. He will also attend a program at Lovely Professional University in celebration of International Yoga Day. This information was shared by Anil Serin, the BJP’s Punjab State General Secretary.
According to Serin, Nitin Naveen will arrive in Amritsar on June 20, starting his tour with a visit to the revered Sri Harmandir Sahib. He will then pay homage at the historic Jallianwala Bagh before seeking blessings at Sri Durgiana Mandir and Sri Ram Tirath Mandir. In the evening, he will reach Jalandhar, where BJP workers and supporters are preparing for a grand welcome.
On June 21, Naveen will participate in the International Yoga Day event at Lovely Professional University. Following this, he will head to Ludhiana to inaugurate the BJP district office located on Dugri Road. He will also hold a detailed meeting with sub-division in-charges and senior party officials. In the evening, he will engage in discussions with industrialists and representatives from the business community.
On the final day of his visit, June 22, Nitin Naveen will meet with MPs, former MPs, MLAs, former MLAs, and youth representatives. A youth conference is also scheduled for this day. Additionally, separate meetings with BJP Punjab state officials, district presidents, and the state core group are planned.
Anil Serin stated that this visit by the BJP National President will invigorate the party’s organizational expansion in Punjab and strengthen its outreach among various sections of society. He noted that there is significant enthusiasm among BJP workers across Punjab for welcoming the National President, and preparations are underway to ensure the success of his tour.
