AYUSH Ministry Announces Recruitment for 6 Positions at NCISM

New Delhi, March 3: The AYUSH Ministry of the Government of India has released an official notification for the recruitment of six members at the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). This opportunity is aimed at those seeking government jobs.

The application process for these positions has commenced and will be conducted offline. The deadline for applications is set for March 30.

The NCISM is looking to fill three positions for members of the Medical Assessment and Rating Board and three members for the Code of Conduct and Registration Board. Among these six positions, three are specifically for Ayurveda, while the other three can be from any Indian System of Medicine (ISM).

Candidates applying for these roles must hold a postgraduate degree in a relevant subject from a recognized institution or university. Additionally, it is mandatory for candidates to be registered with the State Medical Council, the Central Council of Indian Medicine, or NCISM.

Applicants must also possess at least 15 years of experience in the field of medical sciences, which should include a minimum of seven years in a leadership role in health or education development within the Indian medical system.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 64 years, calculated as of March 30. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹1,44,200 to ₹2,18,200.

To apply, candidates should first visit the official website of the AYUSH Ministry. After reaching the homepage, they should click on the official notification link for the relevant position. They can then download the application form and print it out. All required information must be filled in, and necessary documents should be attached to the form.

Finally, the completed application form should be sent to the Secretary of the AYUSH Ministry at AYUSH Bhawan, B-Block, GPO Complex, INA, New Delhi, 110023.
