Mumbai, April 14: Renowned Bollywood actor Anupam Kher shared nostalgic memories in an inspiring Instagram post. He revealed that during his early days, he often felt embarrassed about his thinning hair and would wear hats to hide it.
In his post, Kher shared a mix of old and new photos, stating that confidence is the best hairstyle. He wrote, “Baldness is always beautiful.”
Reflecting on his past, he recalled, “When I first arrived in Mumbai, I had big dreams but very little hair. At that time, being bald and aspiring to be an actor was not considered fashionable. I often wore hats, not for style, but out of shyness.”
Years later, he realized an important truth. He noted, “I understood that confidence is the greatest asset. So, I removed that hat not just from my head but also from my mind.”
With pride, he added, “Now, baldness is bold, beautiful, and trendy. People are trying to adopt the look I once hid. Life has its own fun ways. Long live!”
Throughout his career, Kher has impressed audiences with his diverse roles. Despite early struggles, he never attempted to change his appearance.
Currently, he is set to reprise his beloved character Kamal Kishore Khosla in the sequel to the 2006 film ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla.’ Directed by Dibakar Banerjee, this sequel will feature Boman Irani, Parveen Dabas, Ranvir Shorey, Kiran Juneja, Tara Sharma, and new faces like Ravi Kishan.
