Visakhapatnam, April 19: Good news for job seekers in Andhra Pradesh. The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services Recruitment Board has released a new recruitment notification for 2026, offering a total of 26 positions. The openings include roles such as Nodal Officer, System Administrator, Data Analyst, and Program Assistant. The application process is entirely online, allowing eligible candidates from across the country to apply easily.
The online application process began on April 14 and will remain open until April 29. Interested candidates must fill out the application form on the board’s official website.
Out of the 26 positions, there are 7 for Nodal Officers, 1 for System Administrator, 11 for Data Analysts, and 7 for Program Assistants.
The educational qualifications for these positions vary. For Nodal Officers, an MBBS and a postgraduate degree are required. System Administrators and Program Assistants must hold a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology, along with a Master’s in Computer Applications. A postgraduate degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or Biostatistics is necessary for the Data Analyst role.
Candidates must be between 18 and 42 years of age as of July 1, 2025. However, age relaxation will be provided according to regulations for reserved category candidates.
The application fee is set at ₹1500 for the general category, while SC, ST, BC, EWS, and disabled candidates will pay ₹1000.
Selection will be based entirely on merit. Candidates will earn 75 points for their educational qualifications, 10 points for experience, and 15 points for contract service experience. A merit list will be prepared based on a total of 100 points.
Regarding salaries, Nodal Officers will receive up to ₹70,000 per month, while System Administrators and Data Analysts will earn ₹50,000 monthly. Program Assistants will have a salary of ₹30,000 per month. These positions are contract-based.
