New Delhi, April 18: A golden opportunity has emerged for job seekers waiting for vacancies at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). The company has officially announced a recruitment drive for various positions, including Junior Executive roles, totaling 250 openings.
Among the 250 positions available, BPCL is hiring 175 Junior Executives in Engineering, 25 in Accounts, 10 in Facilities Management, 8 Secretaries, 30 Associate Executives in Quality Assurance, and 2 Associate Executives for Language Implementation.
The online application process commenced today, April 18, and will remain open until May 17. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application forms on the official BPCL website before the deadline.
Applicants must possess relevant qualifications from recognized institutions or universities. This includes diplomas in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering; graduation with Inter CA/Inter CMA; B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM degrees; and a Master’s degree in Hindi. Candidates must also meet other eligibility criteria and have the required years of experience.
The maximum age limit for candidates is set between 32 to 35 years, calculated as of April 1. Relaxations in the age limit will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on application screening, a written/computer-based exam, case study discussions, group work, personal interviews, and medical tests. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,40,000, depending on the position.
While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online. The fee is set at ₹1,180 for Unreserved (UR), OBC-NCL, and EWS categories, while SC/ST/PWD candidates will receive age limit relaxations as per rules.
To apply online, candidates should first visit the official BPCL website. After reaching the homepage, they need to click on the active application link for the relevant position. Following this, they should register and log in. Candidates must fill in all required information in the form and upload the necessary documents in the correct size and format. After paying the registration fee, they can submit the form. Finally, it is advisable to print a copy of the application for future reference.
