Akhilesh Yadav Unveils Peoples Manifesto Ahead of 2027 Elections

Lucknow, October 19 (Daily Kiran) : Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister and Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has announced the release of the ‘People’s Manifesto’ in preparation for the 2027 assembly elections. This manifesto will be unveiled on November 26, 2026, coinciding with Constitution Day.

In a post on social media platform X, Yadav stated, “On the democratic occasion of Constitution Day, we will release ‘People’s Manifesto: Commitment of 27’. This document aims to reflect the aspirations and concerns of the public.” He emphasized the manifesto’s role in addressing the voices of the people.

The Samajwadi Party is focusing its political campaign on the interests of backward classes, Dalits, and minorities (PDA) as it gears up for the upcoming elections. Through the ‘People’s Manifesto’, the party seeks to connect electoral discourse with the rights and expectations of the populace. Yadav’s announcement signals his strategic preparations for the elections, raising anticipation about the key issues and promises that will be prioritized in the manifesto.

Yadav has placed the themes of PDA and the Constitution at the heart of his political agenda for the 2027 elections. Following the success of the PDA strategy in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, he has been actively challenging the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on these fronts.
