
New Delhi, June 4: The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIMS), New Delhi, has announced job openings for a Research Associate and four Panchakarma Technicians as part of a clinical research project focused on Ayurvedic treatment protocols for osteoarthritis. This recruitment is based on an official notification inviting eligible candidates to apply. The positions are initially contracted for one year.
Selection for these roles will occur through a walk-in interview and document verification. The monthly salary for the Research Associate will be ₹58,000, while the Panchakarma Technicians will receive ₹24,000. Additional benefits and allowances will also be provided.
Candidates attending the interview for the Research Associate position must hold a postgraduate degree in Ayurveda from a recognized university, along with a specialization in Panchakarma or Kayachikitsa. Preference will be given to those with three years of experience post-master’s degree, a PhD, or a postgraduate diploma in public health, clinical research, or research methodology. Proficiency in assessing and treating knee osteoarthritis, as well as working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, is also required.
For the Panchakarma Technician positions, candidates should have completed their 12th grade from any government-recognized board or institution, along with a one-year certificate course in Panchakarma and at least one year of work experience in a reputable hospital.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 40 years for the Research Associate position and 35 years for the Panchakarma Technician roles. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government regulations.
The walk-in interview will take place on June 11 at 10:30 AM in Room 703, Seventh Floor, Academic Block, All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIMS), New Delhi, Gautam Puri, Mathura Road, Sarita Vihar, South Delhi – 110076. Candidates are advised to arrive on time and bring all relevant documents in original and photocopy.
