CSC E-Governance Services (Aadhaar) has announced recruitment for 282 Supervisor and Operator posts. Candidates who have passed 10th, 12th, or ITI can apply online until January 31, 2026.

This recruitment drive offers a valuable opportunity for job seekers, with appointments to be made at the district level. This approach is expected to enhance employment prospects for local youth.

The vacancies are spread across various states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala. Specifically, Uttar Pradesh has 23 posts, Madhya Pradesh 28, Maharashtra 20, and Punjab 12.

To be eligible, candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

• 12th (Intermediate/Senior Secondary) pass

• 10th pass with 2 years of ITI

• 10th pass with 3 years Polytechnic Diploma

Additionally, candidates must possess an Aadhaar Operator or Supervisor certificate issued by a UIDAI-authorised agency. Applications without this certificate will not be accepted.

The minimum age for applicants is 18 years. The maximum age limit is not specified in the notification, and age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Selected candidates will receive a minimum wage as per state government norms for semi-skilled workers, which may vary by state.

Important dates to note are: online applications open from December 27, 2025, and the last date to apply is January 31, 2026. Candidates are advised not to wait until the last day to complete their applications.

The selection process includes an Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator examination. Upon applying, candidates will request permission from the respective state team to appear for the exam. After approval, candidates can sit for the exam. UIDAI LMS certification is also mandatory; candidates must create an LMS ID and password and pass the certification exam after approval.

Applicants must register through the official CSC website at cscspv.in. Separate registration via a dedicated link is required for the Aadhaar Supervisor exam. Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) are not eligible for this recruitment.
