Mumbai, (Kiran News): Starring Hrithik Roshan, Jr. NTR, and Kiara Advani, the action-packed film ‘War 2’ was released in cinemas on Independence Day, 14 August. Filled with action and thrill, the film has received mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike. Despite this, ‘War 2’ has maintained a steady pace at the box office. Now, the collection figures for the fourth day have been revealed.
According to box office tracking portal Sacnilk, ‘War 2’ earned around Rs 31 crore on its fourth day, which was the first Sunday after release. The film had a strong opening, collecting Rs 52 crore on the first day. The second day saw collections rise to Rs 57.35 crore, while on the third day, the film earned Rs 33.25 crore. With this, the total box office collection in India stands at Rs 173.60 crore in just four days.
‘War 2’ is directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced by Aditya Chopra. It is the sixth installment in the Yash Raj Films Spy Universe. The film features intense clashes between Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR, while the on-screen chemistry between Hrithik and Kiara Advani remains a highlight. Notably, ‘War 2’ is the sequel to the 2019 blockbuster ‘War’, which had grossed nearly Rs 471 crore worldwide.
