Vivo is set to hold a launch event in March, where it is expected to introduce the Vivo X300 Ultra. Alongside, the company may also unveil the Vivo X300s, an incremental upgrade to the Vivo X300, which was launched in China in October 2025. Key specifications of the Vivo X300s have been leaked by tipster Digital Chat Station.
The Vivo X300s is said to feature a flat 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED display with slim and uniform bezels on all sides. The rear design includes a circular camera module. The phone will reportedly sport a 200-megapixel primary camera paired with a mid-range periscope telephoto lens.
Powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset, an overclocked variant of the existing Dimensity 9500, the X300s promises enhanced performance. It will house a large 7,000mAh battery, a significant upgrade from the 6,040mAh battery found in the Vivo X300. Additional features include an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor and a waterproof body.
While the Vivo X300 Ultra’s global launch remains uncertain, the X300s might be limited to the Chinese market for roughly a year. This follows the pattern of the Vivo X200s, which debuted in China in April 2025 and is expected to launch globally as the Vivo X200T soon. Similarly, the Vivo X300s could be rebranded as the Vivo X300T for the international market in 2027.
In addition to the smartphones, Vivo’s March event will reportedly mark the debut of its first-ever action camera. However, details about the camera’s specifications and features have not yet emerged.
