According to a recent listing spotted by a tech blogger on a Chinese retail site, the Vivo X300 could be priced at 4,699 Yuan (approx. $660) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. If accurate, this would represent a price hike of around 400 Yuan (~₹4,500) compared to its predecessor. However, the authenticity of the listing has not been independently verified, so the final retail price may differ.

As per leaks, the Vivo X300 will feature a 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ OLED LTPO display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset and come in multiple configurations — 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB.

In terms of power, it will house a 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.

For photography, the X300 could sport a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with a 92° field of view. On the rear, it may include a 200MP Samsung HPB main camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide sensor, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens, also with OIS support.

Other key features may include OriginOS 6 (Android 16), dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port. The phone is also expected to offer IP68 dust and water resistance, ensuring better durability.

With the launch just a day away, all eyes are on Vivo to confirm the final specifications and pricing for its latest flagship lineup.
