Performance and Design

The Vivo X300 Pro is powered by the Dimensity 9500 processor, promising top-tier performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven features. The phone features a sleek build, weighing 226g and measuring 161.98 × 75.48 × 7.99mm. It packs a robust 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, ensuring exceptional endurance for power users.

The device boasts a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate, 1260 × 2800 resolution, and 1.1mm symmetrical bezels, delivering immersive visuals with smooth motion and vibrant color accuracy.

Professional-Grade Camera System

Photography is the centerpiece of the X300 Pro. The triple rear camera setup features:

  • 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor (1/1.28″, f/1.57, 24mm equivalent)

  • 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens (1/2.76″)

  • 200MP Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera (1/1.4″)

For selfies, there’s a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with autofocus. The optics are Zeiss-tuned, ensuring precise color calibration, excellent portrait rendering, and advanced dynamic range.

Complementing the hardware, Vivo has integrated two custom imaging chips — the V3+ pre-processing chip and the VS1 post-processing chip — to deliver superior computational photography, faster image rendering, and reduced noise in low light.

Software and Connectivity

The X300 Pro runs on OriginOS 6 (based on Android 15) and includes Google Play Services for imported variants. Some features, such as Wear OS pairing, are currently limited to the Chinese firmware.

A premium model with satellite connectivity and a Photographer Kit has also been introduced, further enhancing the device’s professional photography capabilities.
