Mumbai, March 24: Vivo has officially announced that the V70 FE will soon debut in India as the successor to the V60e. The smartphone has already been unveiled in Indonesia, and promotional teasers along with dedicated microsites are now active in India. The launch is anticipated in early April, with availability through Amazon India, Flipkart, and Vivo’s official retail outlets.
The V70 FE is notable for its substantial 7,000mAh battery, which supports 90W wired fast charging. It features an under-display optical fingerprint scanner, dual SIM capability, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and an IR blaster.
Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset, manufactured using a 4nm process. On the software front, it operates on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo has committed to providing up to six years of security updates, although the number of Android version upgrades remains unconfirmed.
In terms of photography, the V70 FE boasts a dual rear camera setup. The primary camera features a 200MP sensor with an f/1.88 aperture and optical image stabilization, complemented by an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
