Pandit Kalki Ram, president of the Ramadal Trust, also expressed happiness over the renaming of Sohawal to Jwala Devi. He remarked, “Sohawal is now Maa Jwala Devi. Similarly, Bhadasa has become Bharat Kund, Bharat Nagar. Sanatan Dharma is moving forward by eliminating symbols of slavery and establishing the pride of our civilization and culture.”
He added, “The Chief Minister’s every action fills the heart with joy. There are still many significant tasks to be accomplished. He is currently the Chief Minister, but soon he will become the Prime Minister.”
Another Mahant also shared his delight regarding the renaming of Sohawal to Jwala Devi, stating that it is a matter of great happiness. This demand has been long-standing, and today the Chief Minister has fulfilled the wishes of the common people. Bhadasa has also been renamed Bharat Kund, Bharat Nagar. There is a joyful atmosphere in society regarding this change. The CM deserves immense gratitude for this. All Mughal-era names in the state should similarly be replaced with mythological names. This will give new momentum to the state’s development.
