Upcoming Tripartite Talks in Abu Dhabi Involving Russia, the U.S., and Ukraine
Russia, the U.S., and Ukraine are set for tripartite talks in Abu Dhabi, with potential European involvement, according to the Kremlin.

Abu Dhabi, October 23 (Daily Kiran) : Moscow has announced that a tripartite meeting between Russia, the United States, and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi during the first week of November. The Kremlin has not entirely ruled out the possibility of including European nations in this dialogue.
Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, shared this information during a media briefing on Friday. When asked whether the proposed talks could be expanded to include Europe, he stated, “Theoretically, no possibility can be dismissed. However, the discussions we are referring to for the first week of November in Abu Dhabi will be tripartite.”
According to reports from the Russian news agency TASS, the talks are expected to address security guarantees for Russia and Ukraine in the post-war context. Additionally, the broader European security framework may also be part of the discussions.
In related news, Peskov confirmed that the first tanker carrying Russian diesel fuel has departed for the United States. He indicated that such supplies would continue regularly, as previously communicated by the Energy Ministry.
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump cautioned Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky about the risks of delaying a peace agreement with Russia, suggesting that Ukraine’s situation could worsen. Trump argued that Russia is gaining a regional advantage and that the opportunity for Ukraine to secure favorable terms for a settlement may be slipping away.
Speaking to reporters alongside Vice President JD Vance in the Oval Office, Trump emphasized the urgency of negotiating a settlement due to Russia’s military advancements and increasing casualties in Ukraine. He noted that Russia’s larger population gives it a significant advantage in sustaining the conflict. While acknowledging the heavy toll on both nations, he pointed out that Ukraine faces greater limitations in terms of population.
Trump remarked, “Ukraine must be prepared to make a deal to end this war. If Zelensky does not take this step, I believe it will be very bad.” He also claimed that Zelensky could have negotiated more favorable terms during earlier discussions with Washington.
