Washington, February 21: U.S. President Donald Trump has condemned the Supreme Court‘s recent ruling on tariffs as disgraceful. He stated that while he cannot impose tariffs, he has the authority to completely halt trade with any country, potentially devastating its economy.

During a press conference, Trump expressed that the Supreme Court dismissed key issues incorrectly and that alternative options would be explored. “We have choices, very good choices,” he said. “This could mean we will receive more money. We will gain more revenue, making us even stronger.”

Trump emphasized the absurdity of the ruling, stating, “The court has said I cannot impose even a dollar in tariffs. This decision must have been made for the security of other countries, not for the United States, which they are supposed to protect.”

He further asserted his right to terminate all trade with any nation, effectively crippling its economy. Trump questioned the logic of the court’s decision, asking, “What license has ever been issued without a fee? When you issue a license, you collect fees. It’s automatic, but not with this court. Now, the court has granted them the unquestioned authority to block everything from entering our country and to cease trade entirely with foreign nations.”
