Berlin, March 13: The Suzuki Katana Limited Edition has been officially launched in Germany, with production strictly limited to just 45 units. This exclusive model showcases unique styling features, including an Akrapovic exhaust, setting it apart from the standard version.
The Katana Limited Edition retains its iconic silhouette but is now adorned in a striking silver color scheme complemented by vibrant bronze alloy wheels. Unlike the regular model, which has a body-colored tail-end, this edition features a distinctive black rear trim.
Additional enhancements include a tank sticker indicating the specific unit number of this limited run, along with carbon-look tank pads. Buyers will also receive frame sliders, a garage mat featuring the Katana logo, and a book detailing the history of this iconic motorcycle.
In terms of mechanical updates, the only change is the inclusion of a road-legal Akrapovic slip-on exhaust, which modifies the motorcycle’s exhaust note. The Katana continues to be powered by a 999 cc liquid-cooled four-cylinder engine, producing 152 bhp and 106 Nm of peak torque.
The price for the Suzuki Katana Limited Edition is set at €15,045 (approximately ₹16.05 lakh), reflecting a premium of nearly €1,500 over the standard model.
