Mumbai, May 20: Actor Salman Khan voiced his displeasure regarding the behavior of paparazzi at a hospital on Tuesday. On Wednesday, he took to social media to express his deep disappointment with their actions. The actor made four consecutive posts, where he addressed the paparazzi with a stern note.
In his first post, Salman wrote, “If I see any media person enjoying my pain in the hospital, it will deeply sadden me. I have always supported journalists, engaged with them, and ensured their families are well taken care of.”
In his second post, he stated, “However, if someone wants to profit from my sorrow and loss, at least remain silent and don’t make a mockery of it. Brother, this is not a scene from a movie. What’s more important, a picture or someone’s life?”
Salman further added, “In such cases, I will have a lot to say. Don’t try to take advantage of my pain next time… just don’t even attempt it. When someone from your own family is in the hospital, would I behave the same way?”
In his final post, he issued a warning, “I may be 60 years old, but I haven’t forgotten how to fight… remember that, and if you put me in jail, I will stand firm there as well.”
Fans and celebrities reacted strongly to Salman’s posts, with comments from various artists, including Nagma Mirajkar and Rakhi Sawant.
It’s worth noting that Salman visited the hospital on Tuesday night to meet someone. While leaving, he posed for the paparazzi. However, upon returning, he became upset when they loudly called his name and mentioned his upcoming film, ‘Matrubhumi.’
As he drove away, Salman advised the paparazzi to behave respectfully, asking, “Are you crazy?” The paparazzi then apologized and stopped filming.
