
Manali, March 23: A significant opportunity has emerged for job seekers preparing for government positions. Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL) in Manali has officially announced recruitment for 68 various roles, including Manager and Chief Manager positions.

MFL is seeking applications for a range of positions, including Deputy General Manager – Personal and Administration, Deputy General Manager – Finance and Accounts, Chief Manager – Maintenance, Chief Manager – Technical Services (Process), Chief Manager – Materials Management, Chief Manager – Finance and Accounts, Chief Manager – Personal, Chief Manager – Legal and Administration, Manager – Maintenance (Instrumentation), Manager – Maintenance (Mechanical), and Manager – Materials Management, among others.
Additionally, there are roles for Manager – Production, Chief Manager – Production, Deputy Manager – Maintenance (Instrumentation), Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Mechanical), Assistant Manager – Technical Services (Engineering), Senior Process Engineer, and Senior Inspector Engineer. Some positions have multiple vacancies, including Deputy Manager – Maintenance (Electrical) and Assistant Manager – Finance and Accounts, each with three openings.
Candidates applying for these positions must possess a graduation or post-graduation degree from a recognized institution, or a full-time three-year diploma in the relevant engineering field. Furthermore, candidates must meet other eligibility criteria and have the required years of experience.
The maximum age limit for applicants ranges from 26 to 52 years, calculated as of April 5. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.
When applying, candidates must pay the designated application fee online, which is ₹500 plus applicable GST for general/OBC/EWS candidates. Applicants from reserved categories are exempt from this fee.
Selection of qualified candidates will be based on shortlisting, personal interviews, medical/physical fitness assessments, and document verification. Selected candidates can expect a monthly salary ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹2,60,000, depending on the position.
